Hoe, if you wrote to them, you got some form of reply. I didn't. They comnpletely ignored my letter. Booked a trip to Caithness and John O'Groats. Dreadful bus, awful driver, second class hotel, with second class food. No tour guiding at all, no entertainment as promised at hotel, numeroous faults. I guess they are making so much money from travelers that they don't have to respond to comnplaints. No more trips with them and certainly will dissuade anyone thinking about doing a tour with them.
