The City features several visitor centres, celebrated museums, authentic workshop excursions, more than 25 ceramic factory stores and the exquisite Staffordshire Hoard, for a bit of British history. When in Stoke, the Trentham Estate with its Italian Gardens is one of a number of grand properties worth visiting. You may also want to see the mile long lake, do a spot of shopping in the Shopping Village or take the family to the Monkey Forest.

Try a browse round the cultural quarter with its theatres and Potteries Museum & Art Gallery, if you want to enjoy Stoke as the locals do.
