Warner Leisure Hotels is plugging holidays with a difference - ‘Experience’ breaks which could include anything from ‘Antiques Roadshow‘ style weekends to mushroom collecting.
Clearly spotting an opportunity to get away from the usual pattern of its guests being out of the hotel all day, Warners wants to entice them to stay in with activity breaks that are a tad less strenuous than skiing and rock climbing. For example, short break guests could not only see a range of classic cars but have a drive in one, or learn how to sing from professional voice coaches.
Ballroom dancing has a new lease of life, and Warners can organise people to teach this… or even a more energetic jitterbug! Painting, playing bridge, creative writing, golf, cake decorating and dozens of other Experince breaks are up for grabs.
